Is Batman Popping Into Arkham Asylum For A Wee Visit?

So it looks like the set-construction for "The Dark Knight Rises" has begun in Pinewood Studios. This is the first pic taken from the set. It show us the enterance to Arkham Asylum. Could Batman be making a visit there? Could he be facing one of the films villains there? Is Nolan taking some ideas from "Batman: Arkham Asylum" and putting them into his final Batman film? Would be awesome if he was.
