Spider-Man Heading For "The Bourne Legacy"?

Original Spidey, Tobey Maguire is just one of the many names being tost around for the new lead role in "The Bourne Legacy". Others include, Shia LaBeouf, Jake Gyllenhaal, Garret Hedlund and even Michael Fassbender. There is no news on what the new character is called yet, but I'm sure he'll be announced soon, along with the actor who's playing him.
The films writers intend to leave the story open for if and when Matt Damon returns as Jason Bourne. Obviously if Damon decides not to return EVER, then the new character will take over the franchise completely...................
