"The Hobbit" Films To Have Different Titles?

It's rumored that the new "Hobbit" films are gonna have different titles from each other. The first film is said to be called, "The Hobbit: There And Back Again" and the second film is said to be called either, "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" or "The Hobbit: The Unexpected Journey".
So could these titles be the real deal or are they fake. I really like the title for the second film, but don't really like the title for the first one.
